Cancellation Policy
Yearbook Deadlines - For senior portraits, it is your responsibility to book early enough to meet school yearbook deadlines. We are not responsible for missed deadlines due to late bookings. Photographic Arts accepts their final yearbook photo session at 4:00pm Wednesday, October 15th, 2025. Session Reservation Policy: To reserve your appointment time, a non-refundable session reservation fee is required prior to your session. This reservation secures your session date and time and ensures our team is prepared to provide you with the best experience possible. Please note: This reservation is not a credit toward prints, products, or image orders, and is non-refundable under all circumstances, including no-shows or last-minute cancellations. If a session needs rebooked, then payment will be transferred to that session. Booking Appointments: - All sessions booked online are guaranteed unless otherwise rescheduled by Photographic Arts. Walk-ins are not guaranteed availability. - Appointments can be scheduled online or by calling our studio directly. - Your reservation is only confirmed once the session fee has been paid in full. Arrival & Session Timing: - Please arrive 5–15 minutes early to allow time for check-in and preparation. - Late arrivals may result in shortened session time or rescheduling, depending on availability. Rescheduling & Cancellations: - We understand life happens! You may reschedule your session with at least 24 hours’ notice at no additional charge. - No-shows with no communication will forfeit their retainer and must pay in full to book a future session. Payments: - Payment for sessions is due at the time of service unless otherwise noted. - We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, Wix online payments, cash, and check. Image Turnaround: - Proofs will be available within 7–10 business days of your session. Proofs are uploaded onto a private gallery, which you will be given info regarding after your session. - Final edited images and products (prints, yearbook submissions, etc.) follow timelines based on your selected package and services. All studio sessions take place at: 1548 52nd Ave, Moline, Illinois 61265 Parking is available in front of the building in the available parking lot.
